AP Exam Information & Registration
Online Registration must be completed by every student ordering an AP exam.
There will be no additional exam orders placed after Feb. 26, 2027, 4:00 pm
Exam Fee is $103 per exam
(this includes a 4%, payment processing fee)

First Students need to JOIN their course(s) on myap.collegeboard.org
Teachers have the join codes needed
*Students Taking Calculus AB & BC must choose one exam
College Board does not allow students to take both Calculus exams the same year

Second Students need to Register/Pay for their exam(s) on Total Registration (see below)
Spring registration will open January 12, 2027

Exam cost is $143 per exam after the registration deadline for fall and all year courses
Cancelation Fee

College Board charges a $40 cancelation fee per exam

Refunds will be in the amount of $63 per exam as of February 26th

No refunds after 11:59 am on April 23, 2027
Cancelation Process

Students must email the campus testing coordinator for cancellations

Students must include their name & exam subject(s) to cancel
Morning Exams

Students should arrive to MHS by 7:30 am

Exam check in begins at 7:40 am

Late students who arrive after 7:40 will not be allowed in the exam room and will not test

Students will begin their exam promptly at 8:00 am (meaning they will be reading/answering exam questions)
Afternoon Exams

Students should arrive to testing area by 11:50 am

Exam check in begins at 12:00 pm

Late students who arrive after 12:00 pm will not be allowed in the exam room and will not test

Students should bring their lunch & will be allowed to eat in the hall outside of the exam room

Late testing will be offered if:

There is a conflict with another AP exam

There is a conflict with a school sponsored athletic/academic event

There is a conflict due to an approved accommodation (such as two-day testing)

There is a family tragedy (funeral, etc.)

Serious injury/illness on the day of testing, accompanied by a doctor’s note provided within 24 hours of the original exam time
Late testing will not be offered if:

There is a conflict due to a family event (not related to a death)

There is a conflict due to a non-school sponsored athletic/academic event
-
College Visit/Vacation
-
Illness on the day of testing without a doctor’s note within 24 hours of the original exam time

Tardiness resulting in arriving to the test after the required/communicated time of arrival
